Wanted to give congratulations to the band Five Alarm Funk. This past year, their recent album Rock The Sky, received a Juno Award Nomination for Instrumental Album Of The Year. This was a project that I worked on last year and I am really excited for this band. I went to see there live show a few months ago at the Rickshaw and they are definitely a band you should go check out.
Also checked out local indie movie Hit N' Strum. Filmed in Vancouver, director Kirk Caouette tells a story about a homeless street busker in the Downtown Eastside who's world collides with a fast paced business woman. Not only did Kirk make his directorial debut, but he also wrote the script, starred as Mike the homeless busker, (which he received the best actor award at the Canadian Film fest in Toronto), produced the film, and wrote and sang all the songs. It is playing its 5th consecutive week at 5th Avenue Cinemas in Vancouver and opening at Cineplex in downtown Toronto April 5th. Its definitely a movie worth checking out. Brad

Really excited for the next couple of months. Some cool projects coming down the line and can't wait to get started.
Brad Just had the pleasure of recording Ian Moore's acoustic tour last friday in White Rock. In high school back in the early 90's I used to listen to him a lot but being part of his acoustic concert, his songs were taking back to those days. If you haven't a chance to hear is music, check him out at ianmoore.com.
Brad Had a great time recording Juno nominated group The Sojouners for RPM Infinity O World project.
